Provide us by phone, fax or e-mail or order form with your MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express number and expiration date. If you are faxing an order in, you must include a copy of the front and back of the credit card and a signature matching the one on the back of the credit card. |

A deposit of 25% of the price of an instrument may be made within the initial hold period of 1 week with the balance due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable. |

24 Hour Approval Policy |

When you receive your instrument you have 24 hours to examine it. If you are not satisfied please call us immediately to let us know you are returning it. Please send the declined instrument back in the same carton in which you received it. We will expect it back in a timely manner. You must ship it back to us in the same condition with all paperwork or copies of the paperwork packed with the instrument as well as all manuals, etc. that you were shipped. All instruments we ship are insured and we expect any returns to be insured also. You are responsible for the cost of shipping. Please pack carefully; you, the shipper are responsible for the safe return of the instrument. We will refund the price of the instrument as soon as it arrives at Palmetto Music Company in the condition it left our store. |
